The CEO Magazine's 2018 Executive of the Year Awards

The CEO Magazine’s 2018 Executive of the Year Awards recently celebrated the best in Australian business, recognising exceptional achievements by CEOs, managing directors and senior management in a spectacular black-tie event hosted at the ICC Sydney’s Grand Ballroom.

This prestigious event presented an incredible opportunity for Matthew Ely Jewellers to collaborate with the publisher and develop a longer term integrated partnership program beyond just a one off evening event sponsorship and hence offering the potential to broaden the reach and engagement with a highly affluent and relevant audience.

The award ceremony and jewellery category sponsorship offered the opportunity for Matthew Ely to dress a select handful of high-profile VIPS and clientele with the brand’s most coveted jewellery pieces, from dramatic chandelier earrings to spectacular cocktail rings and even a diamond encrusted tiara. This also extended to dressing renowned MC for the evening, Kylie Gillies.

The decision to offer considered dressing opportunities allowed Matthew Ely Jewellery not only to be worn by highly engaged individuals whom are closely aligned to the brand but also offer guests prior to the event the opportunity to have a personalised dressing session within the boutique.

Each personality was able to work directly with Matthew himself to select jewellery to compliment their outfit, which was then beautifully captured by a photographer arranged by the agency to be present at the event.

This unique partnership has allowed us to optimise The CEO Magazine database on behalf of the brand and directly target Australia’s top decision-makers, influencers, and highest income earners with curated newsletters and content during a key retail period.

This brokered alliance via the agency has also permitted the brand to have longer term presence across print, digital and social media channels in additional to private, intimate events with like-minded brands and partners where more authentic and organic introductions and referrals were able to occur on a longer term basis.

Congratulations to the well deserved winners of the 2018 Executive of the Year awards!
