PMC's Oscars Wrap Up

On Monday, 27 February, the 89th Academy Awards took place and amongst the confusion of “La La Land” being called out as best picture by accident, the fashion on the red carpet was at its best.

Gold was a common theme with Jessica Biel and Emma Stone opting for shiny, golden hues. Red was also a clear trend with Ruth Negga, Viola Davis and Ginnifer Goodwin all dressed in the same fiery tone.

Nicole Kidman was the stand out. Nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in "Lion," Kidman wore a detailed nude coloured Armani Privé gown with intricate beading. The dress suited her to a tee and she was our pick for best dressed.
