Platinum Celebrates 2016

On December 16, the PMC team celebrated the year that was at Sydney’s Woolloomooloo wharf.

Starting the evening at boutique hotel, Ovolo Sydney, for champagne and cocktails the team then made their way down the wharf to Otto Ristorante.

Great wine, fantastic company and decadent, flavourful dishes made for a fitting end to 2016.
